SO CLOSE has been available on Steam since 1 October 2026. The platform is Windows PC, distributed via Steam (App ID 4944470). A Steam account is all you need to buy SO CLOSE directly.
Steam uses reviews to help decide how visible a game is. Every review helps SO CLOSE twice: other players know what they're getting into, and a debut title with no marketing budget reaches more people.
Playtests are announced via Steam and the official Discord, where the first four-player teams form as well.
Newsletter: if you don't use Discord, sign up on the homepage for release news, playtest invites and beta access by email.
